السؤال: يدعي الكثير من المسلمين أن الله يحب الجميع، بمن فيهم الكفار، وأنه لا يمكن أن يكره أحدا؛ فماذا نقول لهؤلاء الناس؟ الجواب: القول بأن الله يجب الجميع ولا يكره أحدا؛ قول خاطئ ضال مخالف لما وصف الله به نفسه، وأخبر به عن نفسه، فهو سبحانه يحب ويكره، ويرضى ويسخط. فقد ذكر الله في القران الكريم صفات من يحبهم، ومن يبغضهم

Answer: The statement that Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) loves everyone and hates no one is a false and misguided claim, contradicting what Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) has described Himself with, and what He has informed about Himself. For indeed, He — Glorified and Exalted be He — loves and hates, is pleased and displeased. Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) has mentioned in the Noble Qur’an the qualities of those He loves and those He does not like.
